April 2026 Update

At this time, it has been recommended the website for Ball State Sports Link is taken down as the University navigates ADA Title II compliance.

ADA Title II compliance requires state and local governments to ensure all services, programs, activities, and digital content (websites/apps) are accessible to individuals with disabilities. The final rule mandates compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards by April 24, 2026.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) enforces Title II through lawsuits, investigations, and settlement agreements. Non-compliance can lead to litigation.

Sports Link Information

Since 2009, Ball State’s immersive learning production, Ball State Sports Link, has emerged as a national leader in sports media and production.
