Photos from Sports Link’s ESPN3 Swimming Production

Saturday’s meet versus Notre Dame marked a first for the Ball State swimming & diving programs, as Ball State Sports Link produced the first-ever ESPN3 broadcast live from the Lewellen Aquatic Center.

The dual meet also marked just the second ever regular season Mid-American Conference swimming & diving contest to air on the ESPN platform and the first entirely produced by students.

Sophomore Adrian Jarding and junior Nick Panozzo co-produced Saturday’s meet, while freshman Luke Foster directed. Junior Cory Stace called the action with Jarding as analyst. Sophomore Alex Thomas was the poolside reporter.

Saturday’s meet was senior day for both Ball State programs, with the men’s team honoring Tanner BartonJacob EckertAustin GreenJD MiddletonMitch Prather and Bradley Ridge.

The women’s squad recognized Jessica ExtineKatie HornAllie KolzCourtney MuddBrittany PennKimberly Scott.
