Sports Link Summer Workshops Roll Into Indy

Ball State Sports Link’s summer workshop series was in Indianapolis mid-July working with students from the Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference: Ben Davis, Carmel, Center Grove, Lawrence Central, Lawrence North, North Central, Pike and Warren Central.

Sessions in Indy were led by Chris Taylor, Alex Kartman and Brad Dailey, and divided into three topics — Gone in 60 Seconds: You Are A Brand, Creative Storytelling: Why The Story Still Wins and Producing For ESPN: Live Event Production.

The summer workshops are part of the annual Sports Link Summer Tour across the state of Indiana.  The Indy events were part of the MIC Network Summer Media Training Experience hosted by FrontRunner Media.

By mid-August, 11 different schools and nearly 200 high school students will have attended a session or workshop learning about CCIM, TCOM, Sports Link and Digital Sports Production.
