A medical discharge from the U.S. Army opened a new opportunity for sophomore Anthony Shalakov at Ball State.
Shalakov, whose parents immigrated from Russia, is a first generation American citizen. His new home playing for legendary coach Bill Richards in Muncie has been the perfect fit.
